1) Scope
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit allaroundhk.com, create an account, make a purchase, contact support, or interact with our marketing/cookies. Additional terms apply to Korean customers (see Section 12).
2) Data we collect
- Account & order data: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, order history, delivery recipient information.
- Payment data: processed by payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support & communications: messages, call notes, attachments, satisfaction ratings.
- Device/usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps.
- Cookies & similar tech: see Section 10.
- Fraud prevention/customs: identity or tax-related info only if required by law, payment partners, or carriers (e.g., for customs clearance).
- Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-in/out, campaign engagement.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive identifiers. If a carrier requires such data for customs, it is collected only for that purpose.

- Customer support (handle inquiries, DOA/Not-as-Described, warranty).

4) Legal bases / authority
Depending on activity/location: contract necessity, consent (e.g., marketing, certain cookies, KR cross-border consent), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improvement), legal obligations (tax, customs).
5) Sharing your data
Shared only as needed with safeguards: payment processors & fraud tools, logistics/delivery & customs, IT/cloud providers, professional advisers, law enforcement where required, and manufacturers/brands to process DOA/warranty. We do not sell personal data.
6) Cross-border transfers
We are based in Hong Kong; data may be processed in Hong Kong and other countries where providers operate. We apply reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

7) Retention
Kept only as long as necessary and to meet legal/accounting requirements (e.g., orders & invoices up to 7 years; account data while active + up to 2 years after inactivity; support up to 3 years; logs up to 12 months).
8) Security
We implement reasonable security measures (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege). If we detect a material incident, we will act and notify where required.
9) Your choices & rights
- Access & correction, deletion (where applicable).
- Opt-out of marketing anytime.
- Cookie controls (Section 10).
- Complaints: contact us; you may also complain to your local regulator where applicable.

10) Cookies & similar technologies
We use necessary, performance/analytics, functional, and marketing cookies. Where required, we request consent via a banner. You can manage preferences via the banner (if available) and your browser settings.
11) Children
Our site is not directed to children. In Korea, if we ever collect data from children under 14, we will obtain guardian consent as required. If you believe a child provided data without consent, contact support@allaroundhk.com.

12.2 처리 목적 및 항목
목적: 주문/결제/배송, 고객상담, 환불/교환(정책 범위), 부정거래 방지, 법령 준수(세무/관세), 서비스 개선/분석, 마케팅(선택 동의 시).
항목: 성명, 연락처(이메일/전화), 청구/배송지, 주문내역, 수령인 정보, 결제 관련 정보(결제대행사를 통해 처리), 접속로그/IP/기기정보, 쿠키, 문의내용, 마케팅 수신 여부.
민감정보 및 주민등록번호는 원칙적으로 수집하지 않으나 통관 등 법령상 필요 시 운송사/관세당국 요구 범위 내에서 한시적으로 처리될 수 있습니다.
12.3 국외 이전 고지 및 동의 (PIPA)
이전받는 자(범주): ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED(홍콩), 결제대행사, 클라우드/IT 서비스사, 물류/배송사, 고객지원 도구 제공사.
국가: 홍콩 및 각 수탁업체의 소재국.
일시/방법: 주문·계정 생성·문의 처리 시점에 네트워크 전송(암호화 등 안전조치 적용).
목적: 주문 처리, 결제, 배송/통관, 고객지원, 시스템 운영/보안, 분석, 마케팅(선택 시).
보유기간: 본 정책 Section 7 및 법령에 따름(목적 달성 또는 법정 보존기간 경과 시 지체 없이 파기).
대한민국 이용자에 대해서는 국외 이전에 대한 동의를 체크아웃/가입 과정에서 획득합니다(미동의 시 일부 서비스 이용 제한 가능).
12.4 이용자 권리 (PIPA)
대한민국 이용자는 열람/정정/삭제/처리정지 및 동의 철회(동의 기반 처리에 한함)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
행사 방법: support@allaroundhk.com 으로 요청(본인 확인 필요).
처리 기한: 법정 기한 내 성실히 답변/조치.
민원 제기: 당사에 먼저 연락해 주시고, 필요 시 개인정보보호위원회 등 관계기관에 민원 제기 가능.
12.5 마케팅
이메일/SMS 수신은 선택이며 언제든지 수신거부 가능(수신 중 안내 링크 또는 고객센터).
12.6 쿠키
필수/기능/분석/마케팅 쿠키 사용 가능. 배너·설정 페이지에서 동의/철회 가능하며, 브라우저 설정으로 차단/삭제할 수 있습니다(일부 기능 제한 가능).
12.7 아동
만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인 동의를 얻어 처리합니다. 동의 없는 수집 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

보유기간 경과 또는 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기(전자파일 영구삭제, 문서 분쇄 등).
