1. General Provisions

1.1 All items sold on the official online shop of ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED at allaroundhk.com (“this website”) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except as set out in Section 4.

1.2 Colour shown may be slightly different from actual products depending on the settings of the computer or mobile screen.

1.3 Product photos are for reference only. Size, weight, capacity, and volume are approximate.

1.4 Items listed on this website may be out of stock even if the webpage has not been updated promptly.

1.5 Orders made on allaroundhk.com are not eligible for any third-party platform coupons, loyalty points or promotions unless expressly stated on this website.

1.6 Due to channel differences, the price, promotions and marketing campaigns on this website may vary from those available through other sales channels of ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED.

1.7 For any issues about your order, payment, or services/offers provided on this website, please contact allaroundHK Customer Service (via the Contact Us page on allaroundhk.com).

1.8 Intellectual Property
(a) Our Content. All content on this website—including the allaroundHK name, logos, trademarks, trade names, product photos, designs, text and graphics—is owned or controlled by ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED or used under licence and is protected by applicable laws.
(b) Third-Party Brands. Trademarks, logos, brand and product names of third parties (for example, Samsung and Apple) appearing on this website are used to identify genuine products and remain the property of their respective owners. No sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
(c) No Licence. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use any trademark, logo or other intellectual property without the prior written consent of the applicable rights holder. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
(d) Rights Concerns. If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property is used here without authorisation, please contact support@allaroundhk.com. We will review and respond promptly.

2. Delivery Service

2.1 Delivery Fee Display. The delivery fee for each product/order will be shown on the product page and/or at the checkout page before payment. Fees may vary by item size/weight, quantity, delivery address, building/access conditions, and any ongoing promotions. The fee shown at checkout is the payable fee for that order.

2.2 Service Areas & Outlying Islands. Delivery is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Additional delivery fees may apply to outlying islands and remote areas (e.g., Lantau, Cheung Chau, Lamma, Peng Chau), and certain restricted areas may be excluded from service. If there is no paved passage between the loading point and the delivery address for trolley access, delivery may not be available.

2.3 Delivery Hours. Deliveries are generally arranged 11:00–18:00, Monday to Sunday, except Chinese New Year holidays (or as otherwise announced on the website). The date/time provided is an estimate only and is subject to logistics and courier scheduling.

2.4 Services Not Provided. Assembly, lifting operations, wall-mount installation and furniture disposal services are not provided. Customers shall arrange such services at their own cost and risk.

3. Cancellation / Reschedule

3.1 One-time change. Customers may change the delivery date once free of charge by contacting allaroundHK Customer Service at least 4 days in advance. Further changes or short-notice requests may incur an administration charge of HK$100.

3.2 Unattended delivery. If no one is available at the appointed time, the original delivery fee is non-refundable. A re-delivery fee of HK$250 (plus any applicable surcharges disclosed by the carrier, such as remote-area or walk-up fees) will apply to reschedule.

3.3 Collection deadline & storage. Customers shall receive purchased items within 45 days of purchase (or, for pre-orders/custom items, within 45 days of the stated arrival date). Thereafter a storage charge of 5% of the net price every 2 weeks (or part) will be imposed.

3.4 Suspension for weather/force majeure. Delivery (and any assembly service, if later offered) will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm Signal, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to reschedule.

4. Return & Exchange

4.1 No change-of-mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases made on allaroundhk.com.

4.2 Eligibility (DOA / Not-As-Described / statutory defects). We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is Dead on Arrival (does not power on or cannot be used on first use), Not As Described (e.g., wrong model delivered, major specification discrepancy, missing major components), or where required by applicable law due to statutory defects. Please notify allaroundHK Customer Service within 7 days of receipt with order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, unboxing video, serial number). This 7-day window helps us process quickly and does not limit your statutory rights.

4.3 Remedies. For eligible cases under §4.2, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, subject to stock availability and inspection. Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original packaging, with all accessories and any gifts/redemptions included. If gifts cannot be returned, we may charge their indicated price. Unless the issue is confirmed to be DOA/Not-As-Described or a statutory defect, shipping and handling may be deducted or charged.

4.4 Exclusions. This policy does not cover: (i) damage due to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, improper installation or unauthorised repair; (ii) normal wear and tear or consumables; (iii) hygiene-sensitive goods opened after delivery (where return would pose health/safety risks), unless DOA/Not-As-Described or a statutory defect; (iv) software licences, digital goods or services once delivered/activated.

4.5 Statutory rights & local overrides. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For Korean customers, the Korea Addendum (Section 6) applies, including the statutory 7-day cooling-off right (with legal exceptions), which prevails over §4.1–§4.4 to the extent of any conflict.

5. Others

5.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

5.2 No person other than the customer and ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED (including its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Personal data collected is used solely for providing delivery service and related follow-up.

5.4 ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

5.5 ROUNDNATIONAL LIMITED reserves the right of final decision relating to the delivery service and any disputes.

5.6 In case of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail (subject to Section 6.9 for Korean customers).
